I have neither the time nor the energy to say anything useful about the Karnataka election. But I shall make a prediction here that I am convinced will come true (I'll justify it later). The next government at the centre will be formed by the BJP, the BSP, the TDP and the AIADMK. I'm right and I will be proved right.

"I'm right and I will be proved right." - a touch arrogant, don't you think? That is, even if you do have good reasons for believing so.
Actually that was a slightly obscure bit of irony...I was quoting John Lennon, who said the same thing when he famously said that Christianity would die, and of course he was utterly wrong.
